HCG Diet Side Effects

One of the biggest issues people have with the hcg diet, and all diets for that matter, are the side effects they experience when dieting. The hcg diet is a VLCD (very low calorie diet) and many people find it difficult to follow without supplements. Supplements help eliminate the side effects such as hunger, cravings, fatigue, and head fog, and can make the difference in whether you succeed in you dieting goals.

Supplements for the hcg diet are not that expensive if you consider the time and effort you are putting into your diet. Do it right the first time, and build your confidence on first being able to follow a diet, and the way you will feel from the new body you will achieve.

Diabetes has become such a huge problem in the US, along with obesity, that the mayor of New York created a law restricting the size of soft drinks allowed to be sold. Now, that law may not be valid or constitutional, but it shows the extent of the problem of obesity that we are facing.
